    Just spent 5 days in New York. We had the Flex pass and feel we got value for money. We used pass for: Empire State Building, Sightseeing Bus, One World Observatory, The Edge, Top of the Rock, Sunset Cruise, Rise, The Ride, Coney Island, Aquarium, Hip-Hop Tour and Sightseeing Tour. No problems booking anything and were allowed in even when turned up early. Disappointed App still says Bus is available every day of Flex pass when it is 1 day only. Tried using the airport transfer but gave up after several phone calls and not being given a pick up time. Also no longer able to use at 9/11 museum.

    Great money saver. Useful App, but very very slow to scan at each attraction. We were able to do 3 to 4 attractions per day. We bought the 3 day passes and did a lot of research ahead of time on how to maximize our time/pass. Looked carefully at attraction hours and restrictions. The only issue we had was at the Central Park zoo- our passes scanned as invalid. We called the customer service number- we were on hold for 15 minutes but they eventually got it sorted out. The phone rep told us they were frequently having problems at the Zoo and The Edge. The attraction staff often used 2 devices to scan our family of 5 passes in since they were use to this pass taking so long. In general great value for your money but do your research. Here’s how we used it Day 1- Fancy Apple Central Park bike rentals, Central Park zoo, went to museum of natural history but after waiting in a long line up we aborted, Empire States building (made the reservation 4 weeks in advance). Day 2- Big Bus Tour, 911 Museum (not on this pass) Madame Tussaud’s, MoMA Day 3- Brooklyn Bridge & DUMBO walking tour- unplugged, Liberty Express Circle line cruise, One World Observation Tower, Escape Room NYC (fantastic!). Had a blast.

    We enjoyed everything thing that the sightseeing pass had to offer worked perfectly and we could book a timed slot for empire state building. We used it on Empire state building, top of the rock, big bus ,intrepid statue of liberty and Ellis Island tour one world observatory. We had the two day pass which was brilliant. Will use again next time in new york

    Great thing to have if planning to visit lots of attractions. It's easy to book any attractions you need to book. The only problem with this, is the people who you buy it off. I contacted them about 3 times, by email and on their site asking for help and advice. Nobody bothered to get back to me. I find that very rude and very unprofessional
